Veroa Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Veroa. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help, clearly and fairly.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

In original packaging

With proof of purchase

2. Return Process (Approval Required)

To start a return, email info@veroa.store
 with:

Your order number

Full name

Clear photos or videos of the item and issue

Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (typically $4–$10 within Australia).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Provide photos/videos showing:

The issue

The packaging

The product as received

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

A free replacement

A full refund upon return

A partial refund if you prefer to keep the item

4. Change of Mind / “Not What I Expected”

If you’re not satisfied with your item, you may return it if unused and in original condition.

Customer pays return shipping

Refund is issued only after the item is received and inspected

5. Partial Refund Option (Keep the Item)

For dissatisfaction-based returns (colour looks different, texture feels different, etc.), you may choose a partial refund without returning the product.
Partial refunds range from 10%–40%, depending on the case.

Evidence (photos/videos) may be required.

6. Sale Items & Discounts (Important)

The following rules apply to discounted or sale items:

Items purchased at 20% off or more are not eligible for a 100% refund

These items may only qualify for:

A partial refund, or

A full refund upon return, minus shipping and non-refundable fees

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective

This protects promotional pricing and prevents refund abuse during sale periods.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Items returned used or damaged

Items without packaging

Items without photo/video evidence when required

Sale items marked Final Sale

Gift cards

Personal-care items for hygiene reasons

Returns requested after 30 days

8. Exchanges

If you want a different colour or variant:

Return the original item (customer pays return shipping)

Once inspected and approved, place a new order

9. Orders Marked as Delivered

If the carrier marks your order “Delivered,” we cannot issue refunds unless:

Evidence of non-delivery is provided, and

A carrier investigation confirms the package was not delivered

10. Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days

Your bank or card provider may require additional time
